Our clients have benefited from our knowledge of local planning policy in this regard when working on extending & refurbishing existing properties as well as new build projects in order to maximise the potential & value of a property or site.

We at CP Architects Ltd are passionate about our local area & so strive to improve & maintain our environment & it’s facilities. As such we undertake these projects as future investments which benefit the wider community in the present.

We view our commercial client requirements as an extension of our private clients insomuch as we understand the requirement to realise the maximum potential of a site & thus maximise the return.
