Warren Hagues

BA (Hons), PG Dip. Arch, PG Cert, RIBA

Warren joined CP Architects in 2004, was made an Associate Director in 2007 & then Director in 2012. He completed his Undergraduate & Postgraduate studies at Birmingham City University & a Certificate in Professional Practice & Management in Architecture at The Bartlett School of Architecture – UCL.

Warren’s main architectural background has centred around Refurbishment, Conversion & New Build Housing Schemes in Conservation Areas as well as the Urban re-development of Brownfield & ‘Land-Locked’ sites including Sheltered & Special Needs Housing plus Private & Commercial Residential & Office Spaces.

Matt Hedges

BA(Hons), Dip. Arch, MA, RIBA

Matt Hedges joined CP Architects in 1999 and was made an Associate Director in 2006, then Director in 2012. Matt completed his undergraduate studies at Oxford Brookes University and his postgraduate studies at Portsmouth University, including a Masters Degree (MA) in Professional
Architectural Practice.
 
Having studied building construction before his architectural studies, Matt brings his technological knowledge to the practice’s projects. Matt has experience of a wide variety of projects, however since joining the practice he
has developed an expertise in the refurbishment and extension of period properties including Listed Buildings.
 
Matt has been a design tutor at postgraduate (RIBA Part 2) level and been a Professional Examiner for the final professional exams (RIBA Part 3).

Matt’s postgraduate dissertation and design thesis focused on designing for people with dementia and he maintains an interest in designing for people’s individual needs.
 
Matt was born a stone’s throw from the office and has lived in the area most of his life. He is actively involved in community groups and societies including sitting on the committee of The Hammersmith Society.

CP Architects is a Royal Institute of British Architects Chartered Practice, and Matt and Warren are both registered Chartered Architects.
